Context and meaning.

Ibã Huni Kuin, also known as Isaías Sales, is a teacher, researcher and txana, a master of his people's chants. His work is connected to the appreciation of the Hãtxa Kuin language, huni meka and knowledge passed between generations.

The video was recorded with authorization at Aldeia Chico Curumim, in the Kaxinawá Indigenous Territory of the Jordão River, Acre, during Bruno Luz and Michael Pereira's visit between late 2024 and early 2025.
